Return & Exchange Policy
At VELTIN, we are committed to quality. Our policy is to accept returns and exchanges only for items that are damaged, broken, or have a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons (e.g., if you changed your mind, or for size-related issues).
Return Window
We have a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to inspect it and request a return if it is defective or damaged.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be damaged, broken, or have a manufacturing defect.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at hey@veltin.in or directly place a request from our Return/Exchange Request Page.
Important: Please include a clear description and photos of the damage or defect when you submit your request. This will help us evaluate the issue and process your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the defective item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the return has been approved or not (based on our inspection).
Please Note:
• Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only, which can be reused within 365 days from the date of issue.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
