Return & Exchange Policy
Please check and verify your size before placing your order.
Exchange eligibility
We accept exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Incorrect item delivered (does not match your order)
- Size exchange (where size variants are available)
All exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
We do not accept exchanges for change of mind.
Non-exchangeable items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Earrings
- Custom / made-to-order jewellery
- Sale or promotional items
- One-of-one products
Return Policy
We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality.
- We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that are delivered in good condition and as ordered.
- Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
- In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product or an item with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos for verification.
- Upon successful verification, VELTIN will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. The replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 8–10 working days.
VELTIN reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a replacement request after reviewing the submitted evidence.
Exchange process
- Raise your request within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email at hey@veltin.in. Include your order number and an unboxing video or clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1–2 working days.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping charges (₹125) are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternate product of equal value or receive store credit.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Delivery attempts
Our delivery partners make up to 3 delivery attempts for every order. If the order remains undelivered after all three attempts, VELTIN will arrange one complimentary reshipment of the order.
Please note that all deliveries are handled by third-party logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, and other courier services. Once an order has been shipped, VELTIN has limited control over the delivery process and cannot guarantee delivery outcomes beyond the efforts made by the courier partner.
If the reshipped order is also returned, undelivered, refused, or cannot be delivered after the courier's delivery attempts, VELTIN will not be responsible for any further reshipments, refunds, or claims. Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details and ensure availability to receive the shipment.
Store credit & refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. All approved exchanges are fulfilled as store credit or product replacement only.
For COD orders, ₹99 is collected as a non-refundable security deposit at the time of placing the order. This amount is adjusted against your final payment at the time of delivery.
