VELTIN jewelry is covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, protecting you against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Eligibility:
This warranty is valid only for items purchased directly from our official store: veltin.in.
Please note: The warranty does not cover:
Damage from improper use or accidents
Repairs by third parties
Negligent handling
Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading from excessive friction or chemicals)
✔️ If your jewelry has a visible defect upon delivery and you report it within 7 days of receipt
✔️ If your jewelry breaks or fails due to a manufacturing defect within the 6-month warranty period
